This place has great potential. The rooms are dated but you can tell current management has done their best with them and a renovation is coming. Lobby is beautiful. Bed wasn’t the best but served its purpose. Snow removal morning of my flight left a bit to be desired.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The service was always cordial and efficient, which made our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
My stay was outstanding! The hotel is spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable, but the true highlight was the reception. Nataly, Anizio, and Ross were exceptional, they greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness, making me feel welcomed from the very first moment. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at the Kenilworth. Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, the airport shuttle service was timely - Bob Purdon especially was a great driver. And we were able to check in a few hours early which I really appreciated after a long morning of travel. There were free cookies in the lobby and complimentary snacks when we arrived. Loved it!
I had an excellent stay! The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service, which made my stay even smoother. I loved that there was water and cookies available in the lobby at all times. Overall, a perfect experience.

I absolutely loved my stay! The service was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back every time I’m in town!
The rooms were clean and everything was great except for the noise in the morning. Housekeeping staff were slamming doors early in the morning and talking really loudly in the hallways which affected our sleep. This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it’s the same every time. Other than that it’s a good hotel in a good location.
